At Trailblazing Digiwebs, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality website and app development and digital marketing services. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a project may not meet your expectations or unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a refund. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds to our clients.
Website & App Development Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the development services provided by Trailblazing Digiwebs, please notify us in writing within 7 days of project completion. We will review your request and issue a refund if we determine that we were unable to deliver the agreed-upon services to your satisfaction.
Digital Marketing Refunds:
For our digital marketing services, we offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of our digital marketing services within 15 days of project completion, please notify us in writing. We will review your request and issue a refund if we determine that we were unable to deliver the agreed-upon services to your satisfaction.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable for projects that have been paid in full.
- Refunds are not applicable if a project has been completed and delivered to the client for more than 7 days or for digital marketing services, more than 15 days.
- Refunds will not be issued if the client has requested changes or additional work beyond the original scope of the project.
- Refunds will not be issued if the client has violated the terms of our agreement or engaged in any unethical or illegal activities related to the project.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval of the refund request.
